Global Wine Tourism Organization (GWTO) was born as a network of countries and companies with a wine and tourism culture, created within the framework of the Objectives for Sustainable Development (ODS) of the United Nations Agenda 2030. The prestigious Argentine economist and consultant, Pablo Singerman, was appointed regional director for Latin America of the new organization.
