Sponsorships
At La Cita, we are all about relationships. We have developed strong ties with decision makers from LATAM whose main focus is booking travel into the US and other regions. La Cita is your opportunity to connect with them directly.
Platinum Benefits (15k+)
Platinum sponsors are our highest level and include two prominently positioned offices on the business floor with up to four delegate registrations (value $7K), signage at the event, your logo included on the cover page of our official program and on the Home Page of www.LaCitaAmericas.com, recognition in official messaging, a press release, and coverage in a La Cita News Blog post. You will have first right of refusal for the following year.
Buyer Host: (45k) You will be the Official Host of our Buyer Delegation, underwriting the buyer hotel room accommodations. Each buyer will receive a personalized letter welcoming them to the event on your behalf.
Delegate Lounge: (30k) Located on the La Cita Business Floor, this area provides a space for delegates to enjoy a cup of coffee, fresh tea, or fruit infused water. As host for this area, you are able to decorate the area. Fee includes beverages (coffee, tea, infused water) as well as pastries for both mornings. Fee does not include light afternoon snacks (optional).
Media Host: (20k) Shine at La Cita as our Official Media Host! Your sponsorship will underwrite the hotel rooms for our carefully vetted media delegation. Each member of the media will receive a personalized letter welcoming them to the event on your behalf. Your sponsorship will provide coffee, tea, infused water, and pastries in the Media Lounge. Includes a table and to display your materials and branding opportunities within the lounge area.
Gold Benefits ($7.5k+)
All Gold Level sponsorships include one prominently positioned office on the business floor with up to two delegate registrations (value 3.5k ), signage at the event, your logo on the Home Page of www.LaCitaAmericas.com, in our official program, recognition in official messaging, a press release, and coverage in a La Cita News Blog post. You will have first right of refusal for the following year.
Official Name Badge: (10k) Your logo on the name badge-- right in front of every delegate throughout the event. (Sponsorship Pending)
Wifi for Each Delegate: (7.5k) Wifi for each delegate. Delegates are directed to enter the official password, set by you!
Show me the Numbers: (7.5k) The annual State of the LATAM and Caribbean Market Report by the US Department of Commerce's Office of Travel Industries.
Silver Benefits ($5k+)
All Silver Level sponsorships include a half-office, prominently positioned, on the business floor with one delegate registration (value $1,875, or use as credit towards a full office-- includes a second complimentary delegate). Sponsorships include your logo in official program and on website home page, recognition in official messaging, a press release, and coverage in a La Cita News Blog post. You will have first right of refusal for the following year.
Air Carrier Partner Forum: (5k) This presentation is delivered by senior members of the aviation industry. This high level briefing is well attended by buyers, media, and supplier delegates, seeking critical information on the rapidly developing air carrier route development and trends.
Chocolate for the delegates (5k): Bowlfuls of yummy chocolates on the registration counter throughout the event, compliments of you! Complete with framed sponsorship acknowledgement. Optional, provide chocolates in your branded wrapper (not included in sponsorship fee).
Delegate Bags (5k): Literally put yourself at the fingertips of every delegate by being our official delegate bag sponsor! You provide the bags, subject to approval by the La Cita Team. (600 count minimum).
Fresh Flowers (5k): This sponsorship gives you the opportunity to bring freshness and beauty to the convention floor. Up to 5 arrangements will be ordered and placed throughout the business floor by the La Cita Team. Your logo will be prominently displayed in each arrangement.
Breakfast Bars (5k): Become the star of the morning by providing a nutrition packed starter for every delegate! A variety of Cliff Bars, Lara Bars, and Kind Bars will be offered at the La Cita registration desk on your behalf. Branding opportunities apply-- you provide the labels with your office number and logo and we will affix them to each bar before setting them out.
Charging Station (5k): Bring the power to this event, and show your fellow workers you have plenty to share! Become the official sponsor of a centralized charging station on the La Cita business floor.
Partnerships
Air Carriers: The Air Carrier Partner becomes an active partner in the recruiting and transportation of buyer delegates. Each buyer would be an important business opportunity for the carrier’s business development and could be co-invited by La Cita and you. Depending on the level of engagement, gold or platinum level benefits apply.
Ground Transportation: Official ground transportation company for La Cita. Provides complimentary transfers for Buyers and Market Resources (arrivals / departures) from airports to host hotel. Provides reduced rate for suppliers.
The Host Destination Partnership: The Host Destination and the Host Hotel partner co-labor with La Cita to promote inbound travel from Latin America and the Caribbean. Because attendance at La Cita is by invitation, partners actively participate in defining and recruiting potential delegates. Partners use La Cita as an extension of their sales and marketing efforts-- transportation companies provide transportation, air carriers provide tickets (and discounts), and hotels provide rooms for media and other VIPs. Platinum level benefits apply.
